Our site Open Day on 13th August 2016 was a great success. Our many visitors enjoyed the fine weather, refreshments and a chance to wander round the site.
We raised an amazing £2000 for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
The photo competition attracted a record number of entries, all of a high standard. You can see a full list of winners on the ‘events’ tab. Paul Mayhew’s delightful picture of robins was the overall People’s Choice winner.
If the standard of the scarecrows is anything to go by, South Croydon potholders have vivid imaginations. The winning scarecrow was the lady with the wheelbarrow (plot 110L). Second equal the lady taking a break on plot 111R, and AC/DC on plot 94
The 2017 Open Day will be on 12th August - save the date in your diary
